This year we also get to celebrate Trans Day of Visibility on Easter! What a great day to celebrate new ways of being fully alive!

(You can dress any kind of way you want for church at Neighborhood Church! Some folks enjoy wearing fun celebration clothes for special days. You might want to wear bright colors for Easter! You might want to wear pink, pale blue, and white (trans pride colors) to celebrate Trans Day of Visibility! And, if you’ve been reading or watching Color Purple with us this Lent, you know that one way redemption shows up in that story is through a business called Ms. Celie’s Fancy Pants! You might want to wear some kind of “fancy” or fun pants to celebrate new life this Easter! Whatever makes you feel alive!)
